One thing that I greatly believe in is team missions. I believe it is biblical and necessary to properly
reach our world for Christ. God has blessed the Stensaas family so much in allowing Tony &
Kristy Applegate and their family to come and partner with us in a team effort to see souls saved
and churches started.
In 2007 God impressed on Tony’s heart the G.R.A.C.E. Project (God Rescuing African Children
from Evil) to aid national, local Baptist churches in the development of Christian schools with
orphan boarding sections and street children ministries. JJ Kalanzi with his wife Harriet and children
have been very influential in getting this ministry started. Through the helping of orphans and the
development of Christian schools, the church planting efforts have been given a great boost. The
Applegates are praying that these children will make a tremendous impact socially and spiritually in
Uganda.
